Questions
What is included in your wedding packages?
Packages include venue access, expert planning, catering, tables/chairs, linens, lighting, and music services. Clients receive exclusive use of all spaces with customizable options for menus and décor.
Can we host events during winter months?
We host events April-November. Winter events aren't available due to our outdoor garden setting, but we offer rain plan alternatives with covered pavilion spaces for scheduled dates.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Clients may choose preferred vendors, but florists and decorators must be approved partners. Outside catering isn't permitted to maintain service quality standards for all events.
What happens if it rains on our event day?
Our pavilion provides full coverage for ceremonies and receptions. We maintain capacity limits to ensure comfortable sheltered experiences while preserving event quality regardless of weather conditions.
Can we bring pets to our wedding?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for photos and ceremonies but must leave before receptions. Service animals are always permitted throughout the entire event duration at our venue.
Do you offer event insurance requirements?
We require $1M liability insurance with liquor coverage if serving alcohol. Cancellation insurance is optional but recommended to protect against unexpected circumstances affecting event plans.
