Meet Our Team
At CJ's Off the Square, our team is passionate about providing an amazing planning experience, as well as a beautiful, stress-free wedding day. Our founder, CJ Dickson, lives in Franklin, TN with her husband Andrew and their two schnoodles, Charlotte & Willoughby. The Director of Client Experience, Alli, is a Tennessee native who fell in love with the world of weddings while working at a bridal salon. She earned a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has been developing her passion as a wedding and event planner for the past 7 years.
Our Wedding and Event Planners, Sidney and Brette, are both dedicated to creating joy-filled celebrations for their clients. Sidney, a Kentucky native, followed her heart to Nashville and joined the CJ's Off the Square team after falling in love with the city's vibrant wedding scene. Brette, a native Texan, discovered her passion for event planning while interning at a country club during college. She later joined the CJ's Off the Square team and continues to enjoy working with clients, vendors, and the remarkable team at CJ's Off the Square.
