Our outdoor ceremony site features a natural arbor backdrop surrounded by 360 degrees of Texas oak forest. Hand-crafted cedar benches seat guests comfortably while rolling meadows provide scenic views. Cafe lights strung in trees create magical evening ambiance. The location offers complete privacy with no neighboring properties visible, ensuring exclusive use of the 50-acre grounds for your celebration.
Reception Building
The reception building combines rustic charm with modern amenities through white garden chairs, round tables, and 6' banquet tables. Expansive windows showcase panoramic meadow views while French doors open to a covered porch with 1,000 sq ft of additional space. Interior features include cedar trusses, chandeliers, and barn doors perfect for photography. The space comfortably accommodates 200+ guests with climate control systems for year-round comfort.
Bridal Suite
The newly designed bridal suite offers a private guest home with dedicated preparation areas. Features include dual vanities, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and a spacious den for wedding party gatherings. The suite contains a full kitchenette, dining area, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Wood flooring throughout provides elegant photo backdrops while central HVAC ensures comfort during preparations before the ceremony.
Coordination Services
Our planning services include timeline creation, vendor coordination, and day-of management. The team assists with reception layout design and ensures seamless transitions between event components.
