Penthouse Perch

What are the rental hours for weekend weddings?
Saturday rentals run 9am-12am. Sunday events are scheduled 1pm-10pm with additional hours available for $200/hour.
Does the venue provide audio equipment?
We have Bluetooth speakers, microphones, and a dedicated sound booth. Professional sound equipment lists available for DJs and bands.
Are outside vendors allowed?
Yes, we welcome outside vendors including caterers, florists, and coordinators with no additional fees.
What is the security deposit policy?
A $500 refundable security deposit is required, returned within 10 days if no damage occurs during the event.
Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?
Yes, we are fully ADA compliant with accessible restrooms, entrances, and event spaces throughout the property.
