The Brick Ballroom

Welcome to The Brick Ballroom, a Nationally Registered Historic Monument, now a faithfully restored Northwest Arkansas wedding venue. Our story begins in 1928 when the building was first constructed as a Chevrolet dealership and Jones Garage, playing a significant role in downtown Siloam Springs' economy for decades. Today, our building is a proud contributor to the revitalization of downtown Siloam Springs, housing a retail store, apartments, and a restaurant in addition to our gorgeous venue.

Our History

We, Jason and Heather Lanker, owners of The Brick Ballroom, LLC, have always had a passion for refurbishing old things into usable possibilities. With 26 years of marriage under our belt, we have learned that love and hard work can take old things and turn them into something truly amazing. Our love for refurbishing old things led us to restore the Brick Ballroom to its former glory, resulting in one of the most enchanting special events and wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas.

Our Building

The Brick Ballroom is an eclectic mix of mystery and beauty, nestled in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs Historic District. For over 90 years, our building has undergone several transformations, from a Chevrolet dealership to a garage. Today, we proudly offer an extraordinary blend of industrial chic and rustic charm, making it the perfect setting for any occasion.
