Our Story

Our journey began in 1996, when our founder, Benita Karroll, launched Moondance Events with a mission to support and plan events with utmost integrity and efficiency. With a diverse career in music, events, and travel, Benita has had the privilege of working with legendary artists, producing live concerts, and traveling the world. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the skills to craft unique events that reflect our clients' personalities and goals.

Our Team

Our team is led by Benita Karroll, Founder and CEO, and Wendi Mirabella, COO/Fountainhead. Wendi brings a visual focus to event storytelling, drawing from her experience in film production and business affairs. Together, they have built a team of experts who share their passion for event planning and production.
