Questions
How do I secure my event date?
A 25% deposit is required within 14 days of contract signing. Dates are secured upon receipt of signed contract and deposit payment.
Can I use my own vendors?
We require use of our Preferred Vendor List, though exceptions may be approved with advance coordination through your event planner.
What are your alcohol policies?
We provide all bar services under our Maui County liquor license. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will be confiscated if brought onto premises.
What happens if I need to change dates?
One free date change is allowed with subsequent changes incurring a $500 administrative fee, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) with applicable processing fees for card payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled events. Final payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
