Who We Are
At Hansen Wedding Videography, we are Sacramento natives with a passion for capturing the perfect wedding day. We believe that every couple deserves to have their special day preserved in a beautiful and meaningful way. Our team consists of Jonny, a high school sweetheart with a degree in Communication Studies and Elementary Education, and Brooke, a Business Management graduate with an MBA from Sacramento State. We are committed to providing exceptional service and creating lifelong memories for our clients.
Our Services
At Hansen Wedding Videography, we offer fully customizable wedding videography packages to fit a variety of budgets and videography needs. Our packages include videos shot in 1080p with a digital download, and a pre-wedding planning meeting. We offer three main packages: the Ceremony Only Package, the Essentials Package, and Highlight Video Packages.
Our Ceremony Only Package starts at $1,000 and includes 1 hour onsite film time, a full, edited, documentary-style ceremony video, and a pre-wedding planning meeting. The Essentials Package starts at $2,000 and includes 4-5 hours onsite film time, a full, edited, documentary-style ceremony video, and additional edited videos for specific moments such as the first dance, father-daughter, and mother-son dances. Our Highlight Video Packages start at $2,000 and include all of the features of our Essentials Package, as well as a highlight video with licensed music and a short teaser video within one week of the wedding.
Our Process
We understand that planning a wedding can be complicated, which is why we strive to make the process as stress-free and simple as possible. Here's how we work:
- We start by getting to know you and hearing all about your special day. This is a no-pressure meeting, and we encourage you to ask us any questions you may have.
- After the meeting, we will send you a pricing guide, which includes detailed information about our packages, next steps, and what to expect.
- If you decide to book us, you will need to sign a contract and submit a deposit of $200.
- About a month before the wedding, we will ask you to complete a detailed form, which helps us prepare for your big day.
- On the wedding day, we will capture your special moments and send you a teaser video within 7 days of the wedding.
- After the wedding, we will upload your final video to Vimeo and mail you a flash drive with any extras you may have ordered.
- Your final video will be completed within 2 months of your wedding, and we will send you a notification when it is ready.
