Our Story
Our journey began with a shared passion for entertaining and mixing cocktails. Our owner, Kirsty Sinclair, was a local celebrity on Maui, known for her creative cocktail creations. As requests to cater weddings and private events grew, it became clear that this was the business avenue she was meant to follow. And so, Aloha Bars Maui was born.

- Choice of Bespoke Bar Style (Vintage Dream, Rustic Elegance, Classic Hawaiiana, or Art Deco Modern)
- Passed Tropical Lemonade upon guest arrival
- Choice of up to 2 signature cocktails
- Custom-designed cocktail menu for the bar
- Specialty straws and designer garnishes
- Hand-crafted simple syrups and purees
- Unlimited juices (orange, pineapple, cranberry, lemonade)
- Unlimited traditional bar mixers (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic)
- Purified water, bottled water, and ice
- Glassware - stylish wine glasses, coupes, champagne, rocks, Mason jars, copper pint glasses, and stainless steel cups
- Bar-related equipment, tools, and supplies (tables, coolers, shakers, napkins, etc.)
- Bar-related trash and recycle bins (including removal)
- All staff required for setup, service, and breakdown

The post-dinner amaro bar was set up flawlessly, and the team made sure the bride and groom enjoyed every drink they envisioned.
Organized and Attentive Team
From the beginning, Kirsty and her team were organized, personable, and attentive. They introduced themselves to the bride in the bridal suite and made sure drinks were available for the guests during the ceremony. Bartenders were attentive, and there was never a long wait at the bar. The team even provided drink service to the tables during dinner and the reception.
