About Andrew
A native of South Dakota, Andrew Holman's love for the environment and open spaces was fostered by his childhood experiences. After graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, Andrew developed a passion for fine art portraiture and had a traveling fine art exhibition titled "Portraits of a Community." This showcase profiled various characters in the Denver and Aurora area, gaining local attention and recognition.
Andrew's expertise in photojournalism led him to cover various activities, from sports action to editorial features, at the Vail Trail Newspaper. His photographs have appeared in prominent publications such as The Village Voice, People Magazine, Ski Magazine, and Mother Jones Magazine. Represented by Gamma-Liazon Photo Agency of New York, Andrew's international experience has taken him to New York, Chicago, and Miami for on-location photo-shoots.
After photographing the 1999 World Championships in Vail, Andrew relocated to Los Angeles, where he worked as a fashion photographer and pre-press production manager for XRX Publishing Inc. His expertise in graphic design and photography led to the development of graphic design and photography for American Apparel, a t-shirt company based in Los Angeles.
