We require 5 business days notice to avoid restocking fees. Orders are charged in full once shipped from our warehouse.
Can last-minute orders be accommodated?
Same-day shipping is available pending linen availability, with final counts required by 2pm PST for processing.
What is the payment process?
Payment requests are sent via secure web portal after final counts are confirmed. Billing options available upon team consultation.
How does the shipping and return process work?
Orders ship via FedEx with included return labels. Linens must be returned to FedEx locations the next business day post-event.
