What are your showroom hours?
Our Boynton Beach, Miami, and Stuart showrooms operate 9 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday, with seasonal Saturday hours from 9 AM–1 PM.
Do you offer delivery outside regular hours?
Yes, we provide 24/7 delivery with additional fees for services outside standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM Mon–Fri).
Is setup included with rentals?
Setup isn't included but can be arranged for select items at an additional charge. Contact us for specific requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, and corporate checks (with management approval). Payment details must be provided to your sales rep.
What are the order minimums?
Delivery requires $300 minimum order; pickup orders require $150 minimum. Vehicle must be enclosed for item security.
How do you handle damaged items?
Clients are responsible for returned items. A 10% damage waiver covers normal wear, but lost or broken items incur replacement charges.
