What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer Reception Only ($2,300–$4,000), Wedding & Reception ($5,000), Sunday packages ($2,300), Elopement ($1,500), and Rehearsal Dinner ($1,500) packages.
Do you provide catering for non-wedding events?
Yes, we cater corporate events, anniversaries, holiday parties, graduation celebrations, and private gatherings with customized menus for 20–1,000 guests.
What is included in your venue rental?
Packages include chairs, tables, linens, staffing, AV systems, parking, and access to bridal/groom suites. Optional add-ons available for decor and rentals.
Do you offer shuttle services?
Complimentary shuttle transportation is available within Stillwater for wedding guests between churches, hotels, and our venue.
Can I bring my own vendors?
We allow outside vendors but provide preferred vendor lists for florists, photographers, and entertainment to ensure quality coordination.
