What's included in your all-inclusive wedding package?
Our all-inclusive packages include custom catering, premium décor, event staffing, tableware, and setup/cleanup services. Menu creation and coordination available for additional fees.
Do you require couples to use specific vendors?
We recommend our curated vendor list for optimal service, but only require licensed providers for bar services and pyrotechnics. All vendors must meet our insurance requirements.
What seating and table arrangements are available?
We provide 250 ceremony chairs, 250 reception chairs, 37 round tables, cocktail tables, and specialty tables including two 6' farm tables for sweetheart/cake arrangements.
How much time do we get with the venue rental?
Standard rental includes 10 hours total: 5 hours for ceremony/reception and 5 hours for pre-event preparations, with optional additional access available.
Are there accommodations for wedding parties?
Yes! We offer a luxury bridal suite with 5 vanity stations and a groom's suite with entertainment amenities for pre-ceremony preparations.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Our indoor lower ballroom provides a beautiful rain plan option with high ceilings, natural light, and flexible layout capabilities for seamless ceremony transitions.
