Day of Coordinator Package: Our Day of Coordinator package is perfect for the highly organized client who wants to oversee the details of their event. We'll take care of the logistics and vendor management, ensuring a stress-free event.

Partial Planning Package: If you've already completed parts of your planning and need a little assistance with the remaining tasks, our Partial Planning Package is ideal. Our team will guide you through the planning process, providing professional assistance to ensure your event goes smoothly.

We understand that planning an event can be overwhelming, which is why we're here to answer your questions. Below are some of the frequently asked questions we receive:

  • How are you addressing COVID and the precautions needed to keep guests and vendors safe? We are taking COVID and the pandemic very seriously. We will ensure that all team members and onsite vendors wear masks and sanitize their hands every 30 minutes while working your event. If any onsite vendor has a temperature, cough, or has been exposed to anyone with COVID symptoms, they will be required to stay home.
  • Do you travel, and what is the fee? We love to travel! We charge a flat fee for services beyond Los Angeles. The fee is included in the pricing of the package when booked.
  • What form of payment do you accept? We currently accept ApplePay, Venmo, and Zelle. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
  • Is your company insured? Yes! We are insured to meet the requirements of most venues.
  • What is the benefit of hiring Platinum Posh Planning? As seasoned planners, we know what to expect and how to handle any potential obstacles that can interrupt an event. Your event will unfold with the utmost professionalism. We take care of logistics and vendor management for a stress-free event.
  • What is next in the booking process? We would love to help! The best way to start the process would be to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss the details of your event and your needs. After that, we can provide an estimated proposal.
