Our Venue

Still Meadows is more than just a venue; it's a place where you can spend one of the most important days of your life, surrounded by family and friends celebrating and relaxing thanks to our outstanding hospitality experience. Our venue is designed to cater to your needs and preferences, offering three distinct spaces to choose from: The Meadow Pavilion, The Enchanted Forest, and The Indoor Event Space.

The Meadow Pavilion is perfect for those who want to say their vows under the sun, with a soft breeze blowing through the meadows. The Enchanted Forest is ideal for those seeking a rustic and intimate ceremony, surrounded by nature's beauty. The Indoor Event Space offers a warm and inviting ambiance, with modern finishes and details that strike the perfect balance between rustic charm and contemporary elegance.

Our Story

Still Meadows was originally built in 2019, and when Ronnie and Nikole Henry took ownership in October of 2021, they were driven by their entrepreneurial spirit and a profound passion for serving others. This desire to own their own business, coupled with their love for bringing joy to others, served as the motivation behind the culmination of Still Meadows.

During the winter of 2022, we invested time, money, and effort to update the venue, ensuring it could provide an exceptional experience for all who choose to celebrate their special occasions here. We faced significant challenges after taking over Still Meadows, including the transition from the previous owners and the steep learning curve associated with entrepreneurship and the wedding industry. However, our commitment to excellence and our passion for making every event special has helped us overcome these challenges.

Our Services

At Still Meadows, we understand that every event is unique and requires personalized attention. That's why we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. Our team of experienced professionals will work closely with you to ensure that every detail of your event is meticulously planned and executed, from the initial consultation to the final send-off.

We require a $500 deposit and a signed contract to reserve your date, and we offer virtual tours for those who cannot visit us in person. We can accommodate up to 200 people and require security for all events, which is included in your venue rental rate. We also require a licensed and insured bartender, and all other vendors are open to your choosing. We are happy to give you recommendations from our preferred vendors list.

Alcohol must stop being served 30 minutes prior to send-off, and the closest hotel accommodation is the Grand Resort, which is about 20 minutes from the venue. There is word of another hotel being built that will be about 10-15 minutes away, set to be completed in 2024/2025.
