The Barracks Inn

The Barracks Inn is a historic waterfront wedding and private event venue in Sackets Harbor, New York, that offers fine dining with breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. Re-opened in 2019 by Kim Tyler, the restaurant is family run and open seasonally from May to October. Our menu features unique culinary specialties and beloved classics that can be enjoyed in the dining room or at our outside patio and dock seating. Chef Kim Tyler has honed and perfected her recipes over the last 30 years and prides herself on producing not only delicious but nutritious foods. All dishes are served with care and love.

Services Offered

We have an inside main dining room and bar seating. Outside, we have patio, gazebo, boardwalk, and dock seating. Our full service indoor and deck ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. For weddings and events, we offer an All-Inclusive Weekend Wedding Extravaganza Package and Pop-up Micro Wedding dates and packages. Our services include the use of the entire venue both inside and outside for five hours, a photographer for the duration, all flowers including the bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere, music, three appetizers of your choice, up to four entree selections, an open bar with signature drinks, a three-tiered wedding cake decorated with flowers cut, plated, and served, our house-made Happily Ever After cookies as favors, a wedding planner available as much as needed, and a coordinator on the wedding day. All this is included in our Happily Ever After Package, which will help create your fairy tale wedding.
