Staff and Service
Many reviewers praised the staff at the venue, saying they were knowledgeable, accommodating, and provided excellent service. Giancarlo, the Banquet Manager, was particularly commended for his helpfulness in planning a sweet 16 party. Other staff members, such as Nicole, Mary, Charlie, Jerson, and Scott, were also praised for their attentiveness and professionalism. Several reviewers mentioned that specific staff members went above and beyond to ensure their events were successful and memorable.
Food and Drinks
