Located on 5 acres of private grounds, the estate features meticulously maintained gardens, Italian fountains, old growth trees, and a forest of weeping willows. The property includes a stunning 100-year-old Manor House that has been lovingly remodeled to provide a luxurious setting for weddings and events.

Our Story

The Cabodi Family's vision for Laurel Creek Manor began over two decades ago. The family's passion for creating a venue that offered everything a couple could need for their special day has been the driving force behind the estate's development. From the initial idea to the realization, the family's dedication to making Laurel Creek Manor a reality is evident in every detail.

Meet Your Hosts

Kirsten and Aaron Downing, the current owners, have been part of the Laurel Creek Manor family since its inception. They are dedicated to ensuring that every event is nothing short of magical. When not at the manor, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their family.

Community Involvement

Laurel Creek Manor is deeply involved in the local community. The estate hosts the Daffodil Princess Tea each year to raise funds for the Daffodil Festival and has also contributed to the Laurel Creek Manor Fund for ALS Research at UW Medicine, with donations exceeding $120,000 to date.

This includes exclusive use of the Manor House, access to 5 acres of private grounds, indoor and outdoor spaces, private parking, and exceptional service. The estate can accommodate up to 200 guests and offers customized packages for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.

The venue features a 5,000 Sq. Ft. Manor House with two beautiful dressing rooms, private restrooms, a new Beauty Salon, and multiple indoor spaces for events. The estate also includes a children's playground, endless photo opportunities, and a reception tent for larger gatherings.
