Delivery and Service Issues
Joan Voltmer, a customer, expressed disappointment with her experience at Floristelle. She had ordered a prom bouquet of light blue and white flowers, but when she picked it up, she found that it was not as described. The arrangement consisted of half dead white mums, one white unopened rose, and only one dark blue flower, which was different from the light blue flowers she had ordered. The ribbon securing the bouquet was also royal blue, which was not what she had requested. When she brought this to the attention of Valerie, she was told that "blue flowers were hard to find this time of year." Despite her disappointment, Joan had paid $59 for the order and decided not to recommend Floristelle.
Positive Experiences
However, most of the customers had excellent experiences with Floristelle. Several customers praised the beautiful arrangements, excellent customer service, and timely delivery. One customer, Amy Zheng, had particularly high praise for the florists, saying that Valeria and Olga were "great people to work with" and that they were very accommodating and responsive to her requests.
