Studio Quality and Attention to Detail

Several reviewers praised the studio's high-quality work, with one even mentioning that their daughter's picture was featured in the studio as a prop. Adrienne Lee gave the studio 5 stars, stating that the senior pictures were "beautiful" and that the photographer took "awesome" pictures. Phil Patnaude also rated the studio 5 stars, commending the photographer's skill and attention to composition. Rebecca Bohn-Simmons had a similar experience, giving the studio 5 stars and saying that the senior pictures were "absolutely remarkable."

Consistency and Staff Changes

However, not all reviewers had a positive experience. Sue Gigi, who had previously gone to the studio for her kids' senior pictures, was disappointed with the unkempt appearance of the studio and the fact that her usual photographer, Peter, was no longer there. She gave the studio 2 stars and mentioned that the pictures were only "ok."

Communication and Services

Unfortunately, Rebecca Thomas had a highly negative experience. She hired the studio to capture a special moment, her fiance's proposal, but did not receive any pictures of the actual proposal. Additionally, some of the images taken during the proposal were not recoverable due to the studio's mistakes. She gave the studio 1 star and expressed extreme frustration and disappointment.
