Our historic mansion provides multiple ceremony locations including courtyard, veranda, and indoor parlors. With capacities ranging from 45 to 200 guests, each space combines Victorian architecture with modern comforts. The winter tent ensures year-round outdoor ceremonies with climate control and crystal chandeliers.
Corporate Events
Versatile event spaces accommodate corporate functions from cocktail receptions to formal dinners. Theater-style seating for 65 indoors and 200 outdoors, with full catering kitchen and sound stage. Exclusive use includes decorative lighting and on-site management support.
Winter Tent Rentals
Complimentary 3,800 sq ft heated tent available December-February. Features clear walls for natural light, thermostatic climate control, and luxury draping. Accommodates 200-250 guests with chandeliers and customizable decor options.
Micro Weddings
Hourly rentals available for events with 35 guests or fewer. Multiple locations including courtyard, parlors, and verandas. Includes tables, chairs, and antique furniture setup for ceremonies, dinners, and cocktail receptions.

What event types does The Allan House host?
We specialize in weddings, corporate events, showers, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, fundraisers, and anniversary celebrations with customizable layouts.
Is alcohol service permitted?
Clients may bring their own alcohol when served by TABC-certified bartenders with $1M+ liability insurance coverage.
What parking options exist?
Our 50-space lot is included with rental. Additional nearby lots available for $300-$450, with free metered parking after 6pm and Sundays.
How does sound regulation work?
Amplified sound must stay under 85 decibels. Cut-off times: 12am Fri/Sat, 10:30pm Sun-Wed, 11pm Thurs. Indoor music has no time limits.
Can I decorate the space?
Clients may add lighting and decor. Our included package features twinkle lights, up-lighting, and winter tent draping with chandeliers.
Are pets allowed?
Leashed pets are welcome for ceremonies and photos but must leave during receptions to ensure guest comfort.
