Our journey began when we recognized the exorbitant costs of local wedding venues, which often priced everyday couples out of their ideal celebrations. Determined to change this, we launched our first venue in Brandon, Florida, as a labor of love. Within 30 days of opening, demand was so overwhelming we expanded to a second location in East Tampa, creating La Belle Amour. Our expertise lies in crafting all-inclusive weddings that combine affordability with elegance, offering customizable themes from rustic barn to black-tie affairs. Our all-inclusive wedding packages deliver complete wedding experiences with no hidden fees. Every package includes venue rental, professional photography, officiant services, full dinner catering, and event coordination. Couples receive access to our design team for custom styling and benefit from our comprehensive setup and breakdown services. This turnkey solution ensures stress-free planning for weddings up to 150 guests.
Venue Rental
We offer multiple venue options across two properties. Choose from our covered chapel with antique pews, garden gazebo with chandelier, or a century-old oak tree with heart-shaped growth. Reception spaces include a white-washed barn and 20x80' covered pavilion. All venues feature climate-controlled environments and premium amenities for seamless celebrations in any weather.
Catering Services
Full dinner catering is included in every package through our partnership with 3C's Catering. Our menus feature gourmet dishes prepared fresh for each event. We accommodate dietary restrictions and offer customizable menu options. All serving ware, linens, and table settings are provided, with staff handling food service and cleanup.
Photography
Professional photography services capture every moment of your special day. Our experienced photographers document ceremony details, portraits, and reception highlights. Packages include high-resolution digital images and online galleries for easy sharing. We coordinate with venue decor to ensure optimal lighting and backdrops.
Event Coordination
Our event directors manage every detail from setup to breakdown. Services include timeline coordination, vendor management, and day-of execution. What's included in the all-inclusive wedding package?
Venue rental, officiant, photographer, full catering, event director, tables/chairs, linens, china, and all decor. Add DJ for $600.
Can I customize my wedding theme?
Yes! We accommodate black tie, vintage, rustic barn, country chic, garden, princess, or any custom theme you desire.
What payment options are available?
Book with 10% down payment and choose monthly installments. Full payment due 30 days before your event.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Packages start at 100 guests ($7,000) with capacity up to 150 guests. Smaller weddings accepted at minimum package price.
Are there additional venue options?
Choose from 3 ceremony sites: chapel, gazebo, or heart-shaped oak tree. Reception options include barn or covered pavilion.
What's not included in the package?
DJ services (addable for $600), wedding cake, and alcohol/beverages are not included in the base package.
