With a history of being a family residence for over three generations, our venue is steeped in tradition and warmth. Director of Customer Experience

Carrie Fannin is our go-to expert for all things venue-related. With a background in corporate supply chain management and a personal experience of planning three iterations of her own wedding, Carrie is the ultimate expert in venue coordination. When not busy supporting our couples, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two fur babies, Duck and Winnie.

Director of Sales

Ashley Clifford is one of our newest team members, but her enthusiasm and expertise have quickly made her an invaluable asset to our team. With a decade of experience in hospitality and a contagious smile, Ashley is always ready to welcome our couples and make their event planning journey seamless.

Professional Greeter

Meet Stella Rose, our resident canine ambassador, who has been welcoming guests to Addison Woods for eight years. With her wagging tail and loving demeanor, Stella is the perfect ambassador for our venue. When not busy spreading joy, Stella loves to run with her parents, swim, and enjoy treats.

Venue Managers

Our team of Venue Managers, Stefan, Haley, Quincy, and Dakota, are experts in customer service and party planning. On your wedding day, you may have the pleasure of meeting one of them, who will ensure that every detail is taken care of, from start to finish.
