Questions
What's included in the site fee?
The site fee includes exclusive use of the venue during contracted hours, tables, chairs, restrooms, kitchen facilities, and 6 hours of event time.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Family and friends may decorate starting 2 hours before guest arrival. Vendor setup times are coordinated in advance with your event manager.
Are outside caterers allowed?
Yes, with a $750 buyout fee. All caterers must meet our requirements, provide insurance, and attend a walkthrough prior to booking.
Can the bride get ready onsite?
Two ready rooms are available from 12pm-10pm. Early access at 8am is available for an additional $350 fee.
What happens if it rains?
We provide indoor backup options for ceremonies and events. Our experienced team will help plan for inclement weather during your preparations.
Is event insurance required?
Yes, all events require special event liability insurance with $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate coverage naming the venue as additional insured.
