Our comprehensive planning service coordinates every wedding element through a structured three-phase approach. The Dream phase captures your vision during collaborative sessions, the Design phase develops detailed floor plans and vendor coordination, and the Delivery phase ensures flawless execution. Our planners have 7-21 years of industry experience and maintain strict organizational standards to prevent budget overruns or scheduling conflicts. This service includes milestone management, vendor communication, and timeline development.
Venue Rental
Our Northern Virginia estate offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions. The property features a manor house, barn venue, and landscaped grounds with various photo locations. Capacity ranges from intimate gatherings to large celebrations with on-site accommodations for 44 guests. The venue includes use of all facilities, setup/breakdown services, and access to multiple event spaces throughout your wedding weekend.
Catering Services
Our culinary team led by Chef Anna Tigges provides on-site catering with a commercial kitchen and wood-fired oven. Menus feature seasonal ingredients and include multiple course options, dietary accommodations, and late-night snacks. Services cover rehearsal dinners, receptions, and post-wedding brunches with beverage service including premium wine, beer, and liquor selections. Custom menu development occurs during the planning process.
Photography & Video
Our in-house photography team captures weddings through engagement sessions, ceremony coverage, and reception photography. Services include professional portraits, candid shots, and whole-event live streaming. Additional offerings feature photo booths, end-of-night video highlights, and heirloom memory movies. The team uses professional-grade equipment and has extensive experience in event lighting conditions.
Accommodations
