Wedding Chapel by the Sea was originally home to an active Myrtle Beach church congregation for over thirty years. When the congregation outgrew the quaint facility, it was transformed into the Wedding Chapel by the Sea. Unlike most wedding chapels in Myrtle Beach, we offer both lovely indoor and outdoor wedding venues. Our wedding planners are experienced in arranging all of the details to ensure a memorable and meaningful wedding tailored to each couple's personalities, preferences, and budgets. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and value to our newlyweds.

Our Venues

We offer a range of venues to suit every couple's preferences. Our two wedding chapels feature antique hardwood pews, stunning stained glass windows, beautiful floral arrangements, and the warm glow of candlelight. The Ivory Chapel seats up to seventy friends and family members, while the Blue Chapel seats up to eighteen. Both are perfect for an intimate wedding at the beach during any given season. We also have garden wedding venues with all the romance of southern garden wedding venues, including a charming gazebo alongside a picturesque waterfall, moss-draped oaks, and blooming wisteria and azaleas.

Our Services

Our all-inclusive "Platinum" wedding package includes everything from the flowers to the limousine, photography, personalized wedding invitations, wedding cake, and more. We also offer more affordable wedding packages, such as our "Just The Two of Us" wedding package, which is a perfect alternative for those who prefer an intimate and private wedding ceremony.

Our experienced staff of professional wedding planners is available to take care of even the smallest details, from start to finish, to ensure that you and your families are free to relax and enjoy your wedding day. We specialize in conducting seaside weddings in a special location on the beautiful oceanfront of the Grand Strand.
