At Warehouse XI, we pride ourselves on being an event space like no other. Our story began in 2013 when we converted a former warehouse in Union Square into a unique venue. Since then, we've undergone significant expansions, now boasting over 2,000 square feet of open concept event space, plus three smaller event rooms and a catering room. Our 800-square-foot lounge provides an additional versatile space for ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, or even game nights.
Our Story
Peggy Morrissey, our founder and driving force, has over 8 years of experience in the event industry. A native of Ireland, she brings her entrepreneurial spirit and creative vision to the table. With a background in staging and real estate, Peggy saw the potential in the warehouse's natural light, concrete floors, and brick walls. Her mission was to create a blank canvas for events that would be both urban and minimalist in its design. Today, Warehouse XI is proud to be a women-owned business, with Peggy at the helm, ensuring that every event is memorable and unique.
What We Offer
At Warehouse XI, we believe in providing a non-traditional venue that allows our clients to truly make the space their own. Our services include:
- Exclusive access to the entire venue during your rental period, with a 15-hour rental period (8am-11:45pm)
- Onsite furniture available for use, with inventory subject to change
- A welcome package with details on local restaurants, transportation, and nearby accommodations
- A dedicated event coordinator to guide you every step of the way
- Customized services tailored to your specific event needs
